The purpose of LonMark International is to promote and advance the business of efficient and effective integration of open, multi-vendor control systems utilizing ISO/IEC 14908-1 (“LONWORKS Open Systems”) and related standards. Today thousands of companies are using LonWorks control networks to provide systems and solutions for building, home, industrial, telecommunications, transportation, Smart City and other industries. There are millions of LonWorks technology-based devices installed worldwide. LonMark International provides an open forum for member companies to work together on marketing and technical programs to promote the availability of open, interoperable control devices.
