A new member, KNX National Group Japan has joined Nessum Alliance in June 2024.

KNX National Group Japan is an industry group established in 2014 to promote the spread of KNX open protocols for homes and buildings in Japan. It is composed of manufacturers and integrators who do business related to KNX in Japan, as well as academic organizations that conduct research on KNX.

Our member companies understand the advantages of KNX among the many automation protocols, and by cooperating with each other, we are working to promote our own businesses while at the same time promoting KNX in Japan. Since it was standardized 30 years ago, KNX has been widely used around the world. Now, it has already begun to be used widely in Japan, and there is no doubt that it will become even more popular in the future. KNX communication can be done over IP, so Nessum can also be used as a transmission medium. We would like to work with the Nessum Alliance to promote the spread of open and useful control systems for the benefit of owners and users.
